Finally Here! Rexpeed Dual Gauge A-Pillar!

After the long wait for production on the gauge pod, its finally here and with an affordable price! I got mine today and just mounted the gauges on the pillar just to see how it would look. The gauges will be installed this weekend!

i didn't really try fitting it on there yet but i think the color matches pretty well to the stock interior, probably off by just a littl,e its like 95% close to the stock. i kinda expected it to be a little bit better, its a little too flimsy, but i mean its going over the stock its not like a direct replacement or anything but big ups to rexpeed. they did a good job!

thanks for the feedback you guys! yes I'll hopefully install this weekend. if not at least put it up in the car to see how it would look like with gauges on it.

its the lighting, its not really that shiny but the material is kinda rough i wish it was smoothed out so it would look like the car came with it stock.

Rougher > smooth when compared to stock. Of course we would like it spot on, but I believe its almost identical in color and finish.

Is the Rexpeed version plastic or fiberglass?

Grrrr!! Are you saying this thing is fragile? I went with this thing because Rexpeed said it was durable ABS plastic.

This thing better be worth the money!!!

cpunlamd: it is abs plastic, its just a lot thinner than i'm used to because my old gauge pod was hella thick.

slo4g63: yeah its not a direct replacement unfortunately.
