Love the stance!
But, it needs to be wingless IMNSHO!
I'd suggest getting a second set of mud flaps and experiment with painting then white. I think flat white would be best. However, I think the black flaps look just fine.

This stance is temporary. Just trying it out. This weekend we'll probaly raise a little.
If I may, is there a reason you've not had a vinyl job done on the car. Considering its a WW, nothing takes to art work as good as that color. Its cheap too.
Or do you have bigger plans like a full paintjob etc?

I think robevo_rs is a good example. very tastefully done if that sports look is what you're after. Obviously I'm not suggesting you completely wrap the vehicle in Vinyl, just fine design, which is what I get the impression you're after.
Oh I like robevo's car, but thats not my style. If anything I would do a black roof vinyl to match the VG. Maybe if I was in a team I would do something real subtle.....
I think your car looks great! I like the mudflaps too
i would raise the car a little, only because it will be hard to drive around like that, and will scrape too much on that nice front lip.
My stripes on the car is for mainly protection as much as they can against the rock chips. And its easy to over lay it after every event with a new stripes. Literally my rear door is sand blasted. Only thing is very hard to wrap the wider vinyls around the side skirts... So i had not time to do it yet.
I do drive around roads like this, which you guys probably dont,

Dude, she won't be able to put the TE's on with it that low anyway, unless there's significant fender rollage in her future.... Plus, now it looks like a normal Lancer's width track with the Evo's wide fenders. Way too sunken in IMO. Great choice on coilovers and wheels, just think the slammed look is out of the question for Evos.
