Thanks everyone for the compliments!
nope...the Varis has some shielding that covers the 2 open side vents actually.
Like fishstix mentioend above...this hood retails for $1700ish shipped. Now that is waayyyy out of my price range so i was going to go with the Seibon CW which resembles it but still doesn't look as good or have this quality. The Seibon goes for around $600 shipped. So when i saw this guy post this 2 month old used Varis hood for $900 i went to pick it up. Figured $300 more than the Seibon is fine with me when vendors are quoting me $1600+ for this hood new...not to mention i like how this hood is alot more flowing and rounded scoops compared to the Seibon which is more jagged and not my taste.

So last night i went to the meet in Edgewater. Seemed like a really good turn out...too bad the cops started kicking people out when i got there. While i was there i saw someone taking pics of cars including mine. Talked to him for a bit and he gave me his website. Here are a couple pics he took of my car...figured i would just add them to this thread:

Not sure what you mean by the area near the front windshield...the fitment there seems perfect. The side fender though it does sit closer on the drivers side...towards the top of the fender the drivers side sits very close while the passengers side has a little bigger gap. Nothing too bad though and im over all very happy with it. I could probably make some adjustments if i really wanted it to have even gaps on both sides.
