Went to a vinyl store in Jersey, & they cut out 10 or so pieces of white circle vinyl 3/4 of an inch for like 10 bucks.

 

I got sone hole plugs at the dealer. Here is the part number

No, I had this guy do it that does very well vinyl installs, & thanks blue_cobalt but I love fog lights, don't think I would wanna delete them.
