Installed it on Friday and without any other mods feels like it picked up some.
you can distinctly hear the turbo and stock bov now.
once i get an exhaust i will get some before and after numbers on the dyno.
let me know what you guys think

actually its a polyurethane foam. same material they use for some off-road motorcycle filters.
