Painted or vinyl the front aero skirt?

Looking for a WW, but any color will do. Wondering if anyone painted/dipped/vinyl the front skirt of the aero kit so that it is black all the way down instead of having the color go across the bottom.

Plasti-Dip. Oh, and don't ask about the swirls everywhere... Got a little crazy on Photobucket editor, lol.

cool exactly what i was looking for.

Question. did you use painters tape to cover the area on the bumper that wasn't being painted? when removing the tape did the plasti dip pull off at all?

Yeah, I used painter's tape. When removing it, I used an exacto knife to separate them. Otherwise, I think they'll stick and peel the PD off... Pretty risky, but hey, its PD. Just peel and repeat if need be!

Put painter's tape down on both sides, start by spraying the left with your right hand and when you get about a foot away, use your left hand to pull the tape before there's any real adhesion, then continue across and as soon as you get to the other side, pull the plasti-dip can away and grab that side tape and pull it off.

If you can't evenly spray paint with your right hand, just use the opposite hands as listed above...

Did yu just cover the entire front end in newspaper or something? How do you keep overspray from getting on everything? I have never used plasti dip so please explain.
