Finally got the new wheels on the evo X (props to Dan @ Assaulttech for the good deal on the wheels and good customer service!! I would def recommend them).
I had to run around all over the place to find lug nuts because the ones I ordered from Driveline Motoring never got here...
Next up is to def lower the car about an inch, deciding how I want to do that. I dont want to go too low because of all the pot holes in the NYC area and the snow. Plus I want to install the AMS CAI and I dont want to get water in it. But right now the car sits too high for my taste. The wheels are 18 x 9.5, everything is stock.

its not really important at this point. I ordered on thursday from you with the strict requirement that they be here on friday. I called multiple times and UPS said the package didnt get sent out until friday. Then you said it would be here on saturday and infact it wasnt. I think it might get here today but I already had to scramble all over town for the lug nuts. Honestly I wouldnt have paid crazy shipping fees if it wasnt guaranteed. Its only 200 bucks but still, not the kind of customer service I expect. Its the typical case of finger pointing. UPS says you didnt drop it off until friday, you say the UPS guy forgot it at the UPS store. I hope that you will take the lug nuts back and refund me my money. I will pay for the return shipping if you wish.Originally Posted by DrivelineSales

Just remember, most of the time, Eric gets extremely busy. Dealing with people all over the forums, emails left and right, phone calls at his work, phone calls & text messages on his phone, let alone people walking in the shop to pick parts up or even ordered parts, so if he lags it, just give him some time. If it's seriously been a long time, give him a call, PM him, or email him. He SHOULD respond to 1 of those as soon as possible.Originally Posted by Parikh1234

And hopefully you get everything resolved.

whats to say that my request is any more or less important than any of the other requests that he has. Are you telling me if someone comes in and order $2000 wheels every day from now until the end of the year, i wont see my return label until Jan 1? To me the words "I'll be sure to spare no time in this cancellation." means I should have gotten something the same day. Especially a return label (which can easily be created and sent in less than 5 mins).
... And it was. Though the problem was somewhat of our hands, I spared NO time in handling your return.Originally Posted by Parikh1234
are you serious? PLEASE check your e-mail as the waybill had (days ago) been sent to your e-mail. You can check the posted date for further confirmation.
Just got the email. Thanks to driveline for resolving this responsibly. Honestly I understand things like this happen and I am still going to give them an opp to bid on the voltex kit for my evo when the time comes. Thanks guys for taking care of the return!
