Rota Grid *Absolute Green*
Yeah and Superman is my neighbor.
Some of the top tuners use Rota wheels and not all of us need to buy name brands in order to feel SAFE.
Why cant we run rotas on a $30K car. Its not like its a super car or anything it a Mitsubishi. Its actually my toy that I like to beat the **** out off at the track.
To the OP, Nice wheels I like the green, get a nice drop and it will really set it of.

Have you ever thrown a wheel at 140mph? It's not fun. It's not about them being on a $30k car, it's about them being on a very very fast car that has a lot of force on the wheels from the handling characteristics. If you want to show your car off, I'm all for it. Put american racing wheels on for all I care. But if you're going to push the car like it's meant to, you're playing with fire imo.
I think the green can work (only on white though). IMO the red tails and green wheels clash.
But the whole rota thing really burns me because it's knock off. Now when you have the real thing people accuse you of having rotas. It's lame.
BTW, I like the design too. But when I'm doing wheels, I'd do the real thing at the least for best weight and confidence the wheel was made the best it could be. For instance... if volk produces 50 wheels and 2 of the 50 have cracks in them, they melt the whole batch and start over. Their QA process is why the wheels are so expensive. I don't need to risk having a crack in a $150 wheel and have it come off at 150mph.

my volk ce28n cracked on me
i owned two sets of rotas and never had issues.
the entire forging process is what makes rays wheels expensive...not just QA. and i'm not sure who you got your facts from regarding the cracked wheels, but sounds like your blowing smoke up your own ***. and i doubt they even come close to 1% being defective or cracked.
Coming from someone that has had plenty of high end wheels and a few "cheaper" wheels...... CONGRATS, and enjoy them. I had no issues with my Rota's when I had them.

Everyday I see my car and tell myself it needs to drop an inch or so. So I think my next thing I buy is a set of H&R springs, They look the best for springs that is.
Thanks again everyone, I should be posting up some new pics tomorrow hopefully
