Google as "many" stupid ***, seems like you have to write back for everything. You should of used google for the first post you wrote BEFORE you come on here asking if it works. I got this VG as a vanity mod, I can care less if it's improving my performance on I95. I like the slightly bigger straight fins over the samll curved Vg;onecs again IMO. Can't we all be friends...

I totally agree. $300 is a lot for this piece though.

I think it looks good, but there always has to be someone who jumps on and chimes it about its effectiveness. What is comes down to is if you like it. People will always argue the effectiveness of different show and shine mods, but if it didnt look good why would put it on your car unless you were tracking it, ripping out all your uneeded weight and making the car unusable as a daily driver? Sorry, I don't have the budget to take a 40k car and do that, I do have the budget though to make my car look unique and styled the way I like it. I think the vortex gen looks good. As far as the amout of voticies it creates along with the angle of incadence, angle of attack and transverse flow effect? I'll wait till someone with a physics degree and a computer generated sim can tell me which one is better.

You should of (the proper term would be "should HAVE." Many people make this mistake when typing because of the way it sounds when spoken. Most people say, "shoulda," or "should've" which are both perfectly acceptable, but once they sit down to type, they sound it out and incorrectly type "should of." A common mistake by people who have problems with reading comprehension.) used google for the first post you wrote BEFORE you come on here asking if it works.

I got this VG as a vanity mod, I can care less (another common mistake is to say that you CAN, or COULD care less. Let's think about that. If you are able to care less than you do now, that would mean that you do care about the chosen topic, which is the direct opposite of the feeling you are trying to convey with the statement. The proper phrase would be that you CAN'T, or COULDN'T care less.)if it's improving my performance on I95.

I like the slightly bigger straight fins over the samll curved Vg;onecs (typo) again IMO. Can't we all be friends...
okay, final post... i don't know why you posted "many" because I didn't use, or intend to use the word "many" anywhere in my post. Also, since you're in the mood to write corrections, look above at the bolded areas for what you should have typed compared to your actual broken *** english.

Back on topic: I don't care if you bought it as a vanity mod. That's fine with me. Just don't sit here and try to defend the physics of your decision when you have no idea how it works, and didn't buy it for that reason anyway. Just say you bought it for show, and none of these conversations ever had to happen. I didn't really care that much about any of this. I just asked you a question about it's performance, and you started pulling bs out of your tailpipe.

i didn't post pictures of my evo to get a lecture about how you would like me to write. i just moved to the U.S. eight months ago, i apologize for not being a perfectionist like you.

I'm a fan of the X with the vortex generator. I think the Chargespeed/Rexpeed fins are a little big but that's just my opnion.

Does the FQ version of the VG (smaller fins) affect/improve areodynamics in any way or is it just an aesthetic piece as well?

the APR looks great, and more functional than the rexpeed piece, but my original question still remains.... are ANY of these actually functional or detrimental to the aero on the car? Mitsu said that this car didn't need a VG because of the aero of the wing and the rear diffuser. I'd still like to know if the addition of the VG helps, hurts, or does nothing.

The APR does look alot better than the Chargespeed/Rexpeed one IMO but the fitment sucks around the antenna area. The OEM UK VG looks to be the best as far as fitment goes it just cost a bit more.
