If you think all that black matches with everything else then ok, but I'm saying it detracts from the overall color scheme of your engine bay.
That's true and I agree with your Fishstix. Black is just a safe color. For now I went through so many colors in the engine bay that it's a rainbow in there. I'm looking for Red + Titanium setup with all hoses black so just the metallic pieces shine. I don't want the couplers to take over the show .

Wha? Dude blue couplers come with like 95% of aftermarket pipes, not rice at all. Black couplers aren't bad but blue is definitely more of a "classic".

How strong is the pipe? I know the 1 piece Nisei's can bend if you tighten the couplers too much. This is because it's made of aluminum. How does titanium stand up to this?

Please pm TougeFactory here or call them and ask for Mike. I believe there is a delay in shipment due to overseas issues right now.

Titanium is one of the most strongest and lightwight material... That's the way it is so expensive, but .... you get what you pay for !!

Titanium is the best.

Peter

BTW: Titanium covers the temperature most of all metal sheets. So the air inside Titanium pipes is always better secured from heat out of the engine bay.

LOL... okay now, let's not pretend like titanium isn't beyond overkill for this application.

And I've torqued the **** out of my Nisei UICP and it's still in perfect shape. The one example I've seen of a crushed Al pipe resulted from the SEVERE over-tightening of a t-bolt clamp at one of the pipe ends.

In my opinion Titanium is the "PERFECT" application for intake pipes based on the good heat protection the air still keeps cold from the intercooler.

In few race teams is Titanium often used. Especially shims between the brakepads and the brake pistons to keep the temp away from the brake pistons.

And end of this all positive aspects for Titanium... This peace looks sooooo cool JDM

very true on how titanium dissipates heat.

within almost a minute of coming off the track, I could touch my friends titanium exhaust... and it's only warm to the touch, where as my steel exhaust is scorching hot for few minutes.

good stuff... only if I had the funds...
