He had 285/30 tires on it and it was pretty flush. Not too sure the offset.

I actually drove by there around 3pm, and only saw the white 9. I didn't stop since it was only a handful of cars in the lot. What is WSTO? A rim repair shop?

I can only see the first 3 pics, but on the 2nd one, if that is wax (white stuff), just use a little bit of peanut butter and it'll come right off.
