Sure.

The cage was a big deal. A huge project and one where I posted the details here.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...age-evo-x.html

A full MSA FIA homologated solution for the Evo X from CustomCages in the UK. Not for the faint of heart, but if you are focused on safety, there's none better. We decided not to paint it and have treated it with a rust proof coating so that you can see the welds. Fully Tig welded by Andrew, it is really something.

The brake ducts are something we developed here and I can post a couple of pictures. Using aluminum tubing we shaped a housing that blows directly onto the caliper and rotor. The Naca ducts are cut to fit where you can see them, and screwed into place. The 3" hose simply fits over the ends. See here.

We have a better solution now for bolting the tube to the car.

I think there are more elegant solutions to mate the caliper to the cooling duct but not materially more efficient and if they get abused at all you can install a fresh set very quickly.

The suspension is from RobiSpec, Whiteline and EFI Logics. The coilovers are KW Race spec with Robis racing valving and innards. These are not clubsports. We have a couple of different springs and EFI Logics has been swapping between 11/10 and 10/9 depending ont he sway bar set up and track. They handle all the damping caster, and camber set up using a set of KMAC plates. We are using Whiteline sway bars and bushings except those that Robi has swapped for aluminum, including the caster hard bearing caster (PSRS). A Robi roll center and bump stop setup is combined with his toe, end links and rear lift kits. EFI Logics redesigned the heim joints for strength.

Sure,

Though maybe less than you'd expect. The TTS class limits power to about 440 whp, given the car's weight.

- Stock block, pistons, crank
- GSC2 Cams
- APR head bolts
- GSC beehive Valve springs
- Full Race manifold
- DW 800cc Injectors
- FP Red
- GrimmSpeed 3 port
- Hyundai pulleys
- AMS Intake/ filter
- AMS Intercooler and piping bits
- AMS DP and exhaust, no cat nor muffler 3" throughout
- Moroso catch can
- Moroso racing oil pan
- Moroso Accumulator system
- Race gas

Most importantly, tuning is all done by Chris Schoen-Kiewert at EFI Logics. He makes all the difference as the motor is tractable, consistent and smooth.

Yes, that was me! Something of a coup, as it was a Subie event of course and, at first, they weren't keen on having an Evo on the track. Having both of the EFI Logics race cars out there (the other a fully built STi) was pretty fun.
