If you mean the headlights, they aren't tinted they are painted, and no due to the projection headlights not needing to reflect off the crappy chrome. But the reflector being blacked out is not legal.

If you mean windows, it is rather challenging to drive at night, but doable, and again the darkness is well below the legal limit.

How do i do it you ask? I am military and i am a resident of a state that i am not stationed in, so i keep an out of state liscense plate and they for the most part leave me alone. But also i don't speed, drive stupid, or attract unnecessary attention to myself.
