Radiator Grille Removal

Hey Everyone,
Wondering if anyone has removed the radiator grille permanently and just put the wire over the spot. I like the look of the car this way, just seeing if anyone else has done it

This is a picture of Hollywood X's evo and just seeing if anyone else has done it.
no credit for these pictures..they aren't mine

The biggest problem is cutting the crash beam and re-routing some wires. Take off the front clip sometime and just see what all is there. You'll be surprised.

It seems like something is missing, like it needs a big intercooler to go in there lol. But if you like it go for it. Kinda reminds me of a car that wants more because of the mouth being so wide open. Wanting more POWER. Lol

Thats why i was wondering if anyone else had done it and get some far away shots from the front. I was just wondering if it would look like something is missing without a huge intercooler to fill the gap.

Kind of reminds me of this:

would look good if finished I think, but then people are going to be guessing if its an Evo or just a lancer with a body kit
