How about this? Some left over 3M carbon fiber vinyl, a roller for Dynamat and a razor blade. I don't think it looks too bad for about $2.00 in scraps and 5 minutes of my time. The edges could be cleaner so I may redo it.

I'd redo it and take it off. The car isn't a 94 civic. Beyond that, it looks like you used safety scissors to cut that thing out.
