The Official ROTA and LINEA CORSE Thread - Evo X
Nah the size is fine. 19" are great if all you drive on is a sheet of glass, but if you live in the real world and you're going to buy 19's you might as well factor in some extra cash to pay for wheel repairs and replacements. 19's on a daily driver on normal roads is moronic.
As long as you have a decent tire and not a rubber band, 245's
or so, the ride is fine. I used to have a 275/30 on a 10.5 and now I have a 275/30 on a 9.5 and there is a drastic difference. The ride quality is If you want to get 18's, I can respect that. But don't assume that you're going to be busting your 19's. To believe that is moronic.

Nothing wrong with 19's. There are plenty of cars that come standard with 19's and the ride is nowhere near harsh. Are Audi's, BMW's, etc. moronic? Guys need to man up and get some 19's. Enough of this hearsay BS that the ride is harsh, and 'oh I'm going to spend a fortune on wheel repairs.'

Maybe it's not an issue for where you live. But running a 19 w/ 30 series tire in Colorado is moronic. Unless the car is little more than a garage princess.

Will Rota Torques in 18 x 9.5 +20mm clear Brembos on the Evo X without any issues (no spacers needed).
I'm looking for a set of these to fit on stock ride height with stock tires. Possibly will go up to 255 or 265 if I won't rub at stock height
