i...think the point of it at the time was to neglect the noise, probably because i thought it adds to the "brush strokes" feel...like the 4th shot, the grain adds to the filter...but i was drunk what do i know i'll try it again in layers next time, see how it turns out.

i used photoshop for the tilt-lens effect. tilt-lenses are really expensive and rare to find. plenty of tutorials on google, but the trick is to blur the surrounding that points to the photo's vanishing point for maximum effect.

A great trick is if you have a DSLR camera to take the lens off and reverse it, hold it against the camera without letting any light in then snapping the pic...gives you a nice macro effect.
