please note that I am NOT trying to insult, just make comparisons.
The first car that came to mind with the flow of that bumper around the sides is this:
While you did it tastfully with a good color match, the quality work cant hide that the look does not suit the car very well.

i think it looks good just some new rims and a drop
Ditch the evo viii wing, get wheel spacers to make the wheels sit flush and it will look a lot better.
The viii wing on a x is like a muscular guy wearing a teeny t shirt, it doesn't fit.
Wheel spacers will balance the car out. Right now the way they sit, the wheels and ride height are saying I'm stock, while the bumper is saying I'm a race car. This is what is causing everyone to react like they do, the car doesn't flow.
Spacers at all four corners - 250
Quality lowering springs - 250
Alignment - 100
Wingless - free
Grand total of $600 (USD)
Voila, your car is fixed.

looks like trash, and it's made even worse by putting the EVO 8 wing on it. go back to the stock front with a good lip or something, and put the stock big wing back on.
It's the DAMD front end for the Evo X.
