Video from TX Mile 2011

We got the video up yesterday from the TX Mile. Great event...actually pretty fun! I knew going in the car wasn't geared for the mile, but either way it was going to be a great spot to get some valuable engine testing done.

You'll see in the vid how long I have to cruise in 5th before going WOT again near the end of the traps. With proper gearing I think the car would easily hit 210+mph...maybe next time right? The car is making around 700whp on AMS' Mustang dyno and weighs around 2,850lbs. Also running KAPS dogbox with Group N gearing.

Getting a X to weigh less than 2900 lbs is no easy task. Would love to know what all has been removed and what stays. Kudos to you!

I did a quick search, but couldn't find one other thread...here's a start tho - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-my-evo-x.html

Beyond that...carbon hood, trunk, doors and roof help w/weight.
