So after having being departed from my VIII a few years ago, and being on this board still since, I sold my IS300 and picked this up on Monday from a friend of mine, 08 GSR SSS.
It has BC coilovers, Synapse BOV, Harmon MBC, Oil catch can,AMS stainless steel brakes lines, UR test pipe, Greddy Ti-C, ETS 4" intercooler, TWM short shifter and a few other goodies.

I have on order:
XXR 527 Chromium Black 18x9.75 +20.... (be nice now)
Magnaflow cat-back and Tsudo resonated test pipe (Greddy set up is a little loud for my DD, will be for sale, I'll thank the lex for watering me down)
and, Autopage C3-rs915.

For the price, weight (21.8lbs), fitment (+20) and being JWL/VIA certified, I think that's Quad-Winning! Lol. I know they don't compare to the 'elites', But i'll pass judgement once i get em.

Yeah for the price and the certification these wheels are well worth it. Im in the process of buying a house and dont have 4 grand to spend on wheels and tires.....plus I got some good Bridgestones for a great deal & Id rather spend more money on engine mode than spend a ton on a set of rims. I love the way the XXr 527s look so I cant wait to get them!

 

Hey where did you get those bridgestones, locally or online? PM if you want.

 

I get my tires through my uncle, he owns a custom shop that has built cars for Bridgestone so he gets the tires directly from them.

 

Nice to see repeat Evo owners, instead of people just going over to the European brands and then bashing where they came from.
