So, long story short, guy hit my bumper, insurance is replacing, and I get a new bumper. While I was talking with the guy at the body shop I asked him if I could switch the front bumper with one of my choosing, he said yeah but I pay the difference. Anyone have any recommendation? I thought of possibly going carbon fiber, but wouldn't that technically be heavier since our front bumpers are plastic? What are the pros and cons? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks...
