i checked on the website and i think it comes with the rear diffuser. But im not sure if its a two-piece part or a one-piece part. Does anyone know? coz i like the rear bumper a lot but i dont wanna waste the money i spent on the cf diffuser @_@

which web-site were you looking at ?
the "test snd service" rear bumper is one piece. the diffuser section is part of the bumper.
i was considering test and service side skirts a while back.........
...........but the test and service parts take forever to get , no matter who you try to order from.

Test and Service is indeed a one piece bumper + diffuser.
The last Test and Service Evo X parts took about 2-3 months direct from Japan, to give you an idea of the wait time. They don't keep bumpers laying around in Japan, they need to be made then shipped.
