That's pretty similar to my family in regards to fast cars. I have the Evo, my brother has the STi and my dad has an M3. I like the pictures, very cool to see like minded folks.

Q: With the RPF1 19x10 +22 and 265 tires, did you need to roll fenders? Any rubbing? What finish are those RPF1's on the WW Evo X?

You got it ace . It's not a backyard mentality as much as it is preference. If I wanted a nice, comfortable, daily driver, I wouldn't be looking at Mitsubishi in the first place. Different folks, different strokes.
