we did this build for a client of ours that is deployed for a year--- our good friend Jason L-

He wanted to do something pretty awesome, and not a stock frame turbo- so we utilized our tial housing turbo setup with our billet 30RB turbo. It also has our FMIC, piping, etc...

The car originally made around 270/260 on stock turbo, with ams intake, piping, and catback and a basic tune, now its making apprx 414whp/300wtq at 26 psi on the stock cams---

it lost a little spool (As you would expect) but picked up massive peak power- and the characteristics of the turbo and response are a nice match for the SST gearbox on stock clutch disks...

In that last pic, what is that "accordion" type section? Is that some type of flex joint?

yes that is a high temp non braided flex section on the WG recirc pipe to prevent cracking!
