i know this is the evo section but i dont seem to get a response from the section below. i bought my evo and the chrome outline of the grill was already painted red but idk how it was done. i recently just bought my son a lancer gts and he wants his chrome outline on the grill to be black. anyone know how this could be done or just take it to a bodyshop? sorry for noob *** question

or is it possible just to wrap in black vinyl? no idea how it would look though

 

Think everyone just uses plastidip for blacking out the chrome bits.. do a forum search for that, and I'm sure you'll find some examples and maybe even a how-to
