Unfortunately we are not going into full production with Evo X manifolds right now. The manifold in this thread was sold the day the thread went up. We hope to have some results from the customer relatively soon & this thread will be updated with the results once we have them...

so im gonna sound like an *** now... and the manifold does look nice... but you're having your customers do the r&d? whatever happened to testing your own products before selling them?

 

What's the problem with that? Sorry I don't own a evo x to test this on. Customer actually had me build this one off for him, and is completely aware of everything. Plenty of companies do this, but thanks for pointing it out

Collin answered your question already but Ill add a little more to it. We are not like the larger vendors on here that have multiple employees, or us ourselves, that have Evo 8/9s & Evo 10s sitting around we can test new products on. There are only 2 of us at ToxicFab & we both have Evo IXs. I would love to have an Evo X at some point but my IX is a big enough money pit as it is, haha. There are plenty of vendors that have had customers test products for them. One of the largest vendors on here had 75+ customers beta test their new turbos. Allowing a customer to test products makes a more unbiased test too. All the Evo IX products we offer are on both of our cars...

it's amusing how people expect a thousand dollar cost R&D, yet complain about the price when the piece comes out; some people are just unrealistic

 

I haven't looked into it yet but the Evo X & Ralliart manifolds are different?

Once you get your hands on another Ralliart manifold shoot Collin or I a PM, I'm sure we can work something out for you...
