Tow Hook Mounted Front License Plate
Hey everyone. I'm going to get some fabrication work done at IAG Performance so I don't have to drill holes into the bumper. I will be mounting my license plate using the to be fabricated tow hook, and the Grimmspeed License Plate Relocation Kit I bought.
I'm going in on Friday and will take / upload pictures!

So... the guys over at IAG Performance in MD (known for their work with Subies) helped me out and came up with a different idea than welding and making a tow hook on the bumper. They basically fabricated an L-bracket and attached it to an existing bolt right under the tow hook location and used the parts from the Grimmspeed kit. Took about an hour, and I'm pretty happy with the results!
Thanks to Rick, Evan (formerly of Akuma Motorsports), and Gian for saving me money and time!

Looks good. Like the idea. I see a lot of threads about where to mount the front plate without drilling holes but this must be one of the better ideas I've seen.
Take a pic when the plate is mounted and it's all done!
