Anybody know if these will work on a 2012 EVO X ... the ebay seller says it will only work on 08-10?? Did they change the tails between 10 and 12??

I don't think these are legal because government requires at least a red reflector in the tail lights to be legal.
Example.
The way I understand the law is they are illegal for use. The reason is they have no reflective quality in the dark at night. If you where parked on the side of the road say with a dead battery you red or yellow lights will reflect on coming lights to warn people your car is there and the clear lights will not.
