Time to fix my rims and powder coat them!

So just found out 3 out of the 4 rims are bent, sad face. So I figure it's time to resurface and repair my OEM GSR wheels! Any advice on what to expect? Also thinking about powder coating my rims. Debating on 4 choices to compliment WW: Red, Gunmetal, black, or white. Or I could just leave them stock. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

I'd go gunmetal but that's just my opinion.

Id go flat black and plasti dip them instead of powder coating. I heard that when they bake after powder coating they sometimes crack. But, I cannot confirm this, just what I heard. I plasti dipped my stockers in flat black. It was easy, cheap and look really good. The best part.................if you don't like it just peel it off.

And I know someone is going to ask how long it lasts. Ive had mine on for 6 months now and look just fine.

I read somewhere that the powder coat process tempers the metal and weakens it

Any ideas how much it costs to repair minor curbage along the outer lip? Do they generally just grind it down or add filler for the deeper ones?

Not to sure, guy said that it would usually run $175 to $200 per rim (granted mine are bent and crashed up). Luckily I bought the wheel and rim insurance for $500 so costs me nothing

I was leaning towards black then I realized everyone under the sun has black. I just wonder will red look tacky?

And is powder coating reversible? Can it be removed?
