As for show and shine, the AMS is bigger (probably therefore better), but the Rexpeed is prettier.

That's a matter of opinion, stainless castings are pretty new in the hotness category. And not cheap to produce. If "bling" is your thing and you like shiny ****, then yes I would suppose the rexspeed is prettier, hopefully better quality than their carbon.

IMO, the stock o2 housing is H U G E. When compared to the AMS bell mouth, its almost the same size from the factory. If anything, I would only update from the down pipe back. I left my o2 housing alone.

It's prettier because it's shiny? You will never see your downpipe, anyways (Unless you take off your heat shield). Bling factor is a matter of personal opinion. If their DP is as good as their CF parts, then you are in a world of hurt.

The price is almost identical AMS vs CPE. I'd put my money with AMS.

Heres what it looks like installed under the heat shield.. Was a royal PITA to install, i'm sure everyones heard of or gotten a taste of "that one bolt you cant get to"
