I found this on my trunk, angry I didn't notice sooner. How would you handle this? Is a paint marker enough? Do I need to sand it? Something else? Thanks

 

that's just a little surface rust. Take a toothbrush and some baking soda/water (or even toothpaste) and scruff the rust off (tape off the paint around the area or you will scuff up your paint). Rinse with rubbing alcohol, dab with paint pen as usual.

I wound't use the toothbrush again tho.
