H&R Springs on Evo X
Eyes playing tricks. There is a comprehensive list of evo x springs, their drops, and their rates. Stock, the evo x has more front fender gap than the rear does (why, I have no idea, but it looks less than stellar). To get it to be even, you need a set that drops the front more.

H&R look to drop the front .1" more than the rear, which isn't enough to completely compensate for the difference. My guess is certain colors and angles make the car appear more level than a straight side profile shot that actually shows off the front and back discrepancies.
Notice the OP doesn't have a straight on side shot.
I've been considering springs and FWIW I decided GTWORX offered what I was looking for: perfect drop that makes the front and rear fender gap identical, stiffer than stock spring rates, and good customer feedback. I have yet to purchase, though, as I really want to fight the urge to mod.
