Any secret to forcing the sail panel trim to staying in place? It's snapping in and feels solid but after a few miles it's hanging down to where you can see the airbag. Between me always driving with the windows open and the stiffness of the springs I think it's shaking loose. I bought some black adhesive caulking to fill some seams in the car I was thinking about a dab of that on the connector but I don't want it to never come off without breaking it. Used its a cheap piece to replace anyways.

As a side note, are those airbags worth anything? Lol with the roll bar and no rear seats it's kind of a waste having them there.

I have the same problem too. Mine are the front pillars by the front wind shield.

 

I'm about to glue it in. It's driving me nuts. Seems so solid then I check the mirror and it's hanging there.

 

trim removal tool?

 

Not sure how that would work to keep it in place.
