AMAZING exhaust!

I honestly, could never justify spending that sort of money on an exhaust system. Props to you for pulling the trigger on this purchase.

Nice build list!

Yours truly AMS *****

Im a firm believer if your going to do something then do it right. Ive learned my lesson a few times. I know there is many of capable companies that make great stuff for the EVO. but as having a gtr AMS and ETS is the king for gtr builds. so for me it was just deciding between ETS and AMS

I completely agree with you. My whole theory is... "Does AMS make it?"

Same! When looking for stuff I have 2 websites I visit. AMS and ETS lol. If the parts do have problems (which has not happened to me once yet) there customer service is top notch.

Just so you know, the rear of the Akrapovic test pipe is a slip joint. There is no flange so you would not be able bolt up the ETS quiet catback without some modification. Also, good luck purchasing just the test pipe by itself ...

Doh, why would they not sell the HFC in the US I wonder

And I guess cuz of that slip join you can't just pick up a HFC from another vendor and plug it into the cat back exhaust :/

Correct. But Sean with DSG had one custom made that will fit for a customer.

Was my understanding that DSG shipped the exhaust to AMS who customized their HFC to get it to fit. And it cost a fair amount of cash to do

I'm assuming an AMS down pipe and test pipe would have no problem mating to the akrapovic catback?

Down pipe will work. I don't think the test pipe will work.
