Hey gents, so a while back I had an 08 Evo GSR SSS, so with HID's. I saw the blacked out thread and loved it so I did it to my X. Then that X got hit by a semi and totaled. I now have a 2011 Evo X GSR non-sss. So no HID's. But I've seen a lot of people wondering what the non-HID's would look like blacked out, although not as pretty, still pretty. Heres some before and afters.

 

Looks great! Not as noticeable as blacking out the HID's, but still a nice accent.
