Am assuming there both stock? Lol I have the same bike just a slip on thow. My evo is modded as well . Always wanted to run them. Nice vid.

Cars vs bikes never goes well for the car lol. Even the 600cc class has quite a bit of power, their power:weight ratio completely destroys a car. So once they get into 2nd/3rd gear it's over. It's best to just assume the bike will win and not even try lol.

 

What about the evo vs a 300cc sport bike? Like the Ninja 300 hmmm

 

Against a ninja 250 or 250r, it might a close fight. It's hard to tell really, but if the evo did win I would probably go with it's due to the lower cc bikes having short gearing since they are mainly built for city commutes. A bike 500cc or less would struggle to get higher speeds like 80-90+ they just aren't meant for it.

If the rider of a 250 could shift fast enough, I'd say they would still beat the evo. I have a yamaha 250 dirt bike that i know would rek my evo, until it stops accelerating at like 60mph.

 

I have a 250 and it's slower then my Evo. I've also raced 300s and won. They are pretty quick off the line but the gearing sucks and at about 50mph the stop accelerating.

 

why not? its fun?

anytime I'm racing any of my friends with a car/bike alot slower/faster, we start changing up gears, like my evo in 5th vs my buddy with a stock civic in 2nd... provides some entertainment

 

Yeah I used to own a 250cc and currently have a 300cc. Those little bikes pull pretty hard of the line until they reach around 60 mph. After that it's as slow as a prius
