EVO X Mirror modification PART 2!!
 

After modifying my Evo VI mirrors the other week i was pleased with the end result, visually and in function but ............
They just were not different enough and i have always liked the DTM/Ralliart style ones that look so right on an Evo, but no one does anything vaguely like them for the X {thumbdwn}
So i bought some universal ones and set about them with the grinder and hacksaw!!
After a bit of test fitting, some screwing and filling i ended up with just what i wanted, painted in textered plastic paint to match the J panels, and other RS black bits i think they turned out rather well:D
Vision is much better with regards the ability to see a kerb or apex which with the standard ones was shocking :mad:
Tinted anti glare lenses to which is nice :cool:

Thanks for the comments, like them or loathe them they are far better than the O.E mirrors,from an obstruction point of view.
I would rather Mickey mouse than Dumbo {thumbup} :D
