I guess that makes sense, otherwise all racing teams will be sporting CE28N's or some forged mag alloy wheels only on their time attack cars. Also how road racing ppl use hard slicks rather than soft slicks.
So what are some of the most stiffest wheels? Generally weight data are easily accesible but data for rigidity is usually very vague and not always available. IE, Volk says TE37 > RE30 > CE28N interms of rigidity but of course the weight rank is other way round. Any other data for the rest of Ray's? Enkei? BBS? I know not all the companies have good forging technology.
I guess forged steel stiffness is not worth the weight penalty over forged aluminum.
