Springs question

Does anyone know if the suspension springs that fit the on evo 8, will fit on the evo x? I am looking to lower my evo x and I can't afford the full coilover route yet. I know someone who has tien springs for his 8 new but didn't use them.

I don't think they do. Eibach has springs available, and Tanabe will be releasing them soon. I just did their R&D for them.

$218 drop.

For me it was $235 shipped. But you might want to price the install and alignment b4 you order. I had to find an import shop that would do the job hourly to get a decent price. Most everyones' books say 6 hour job, but local import shop told me 83.80 an hour and it wouldn't take them no more than 2 or 2.5 hours.

Just to give you an idea, Dealership wanted $650 for swap, and Tire Kingdom wanted $440. Taylors Import is talking 165-210. Note: prices exclude alignment, which I will get done at Tire Kingdom b/c they will re-align for 1 year.
