well you have to remove the entire strut so you will have to disassemble the trunk interior to get to the top of the struts back there. Then you need to compress the old spring and remove it and then compress the new ones and pop them on the strut. Then reinstall.

thanks, so unbolt the strut at the top, drop the strut down and the spring comes off? I have to go to sears and get a spring compressor.

yea you remove the whole strut assembly with the spring on it from the car... compress the spring, remove the top of the assembly, remove the compressed spring, compress new spring, install, replace top mount, reinstall in car, beer, done.

1.2 front 1.0 rear. Sticky thread on the top of the wheel n tire forum.
