What alignment to run with Eibach springs?

For those who have Eibach Springs installed already, I was wondering as to what would be the best alignment setting to run on the X? Mine will be a DD car, but Im sure some you of track the car once in a while. I would think that whether you have the stock wheels and tires or aftermarket wheels would make a difference. Then again, the reason why Im asking is because Im not sure. I most likely will be installing the springs around May, along with some 18x9.5 +28 set of wheels.

So, what do you guys recommend?

search?

More: wheels don't make a huge difference. Run either stock, stock like or agressive alignment (specs are in the search results). This has been covered a multitude of times.

I'm running the stock alignment on my Eibach springs.

+1 on searching, there are a few results out there.

I did a search and found some info, but nothing definitive. Here's an example:

Im just trying the right specs for the drop. Dont want to experience the same issue as the guy in the thread above.
