Hi, maybe somebody can help me? what is the difference between Advan Rz and Rs?

 

rs spokes are evenly spaced
rz spokes have a few that are so many inches apart and others that are a diff amount of space apart. very slight difference hard to notice

rz's are the newer model so people like to go with them

As was mentioned, RS spokes are evenly spaced while RZ spokes are not. It's a very slight difference, but noticeable when you compare the two.

 

Think of the RS as a ten spoke and the RZ as a dual five spoke design. RZ spokes are thinner as well.
