Hey guys,

I drive a 2006 STi, but plan on putting some evo x wheels on very soon. I did some research and saw that I can't use the standard conical seat lugnuts on the OEM wheel, I must use a shank type lugnut. Now, this wouldn't be an issue if I could use Mitsu OEM lugnuts, but our thread pitches are different. I looked on summit racing, and found these: http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...=KeywordSearch. If you guys could help me pick which one I need to use, it would be much appreciated!!

 

Those would be fine, but you may have to double up the washers on each lugnut to get a snug fit from my experience.

 

What do you mean "from my experience"? I'm not questioning you, I'm just curious.

 

I mean that when you install wheels that need a shank style of lugnut onto a car that normally would not use that style, sometimes you need 2 washers on each lugnut to get the washer(s) and lugnut to sit snugly against the wheel.
