I would go with ATE Super Blue over both of those. It's cheaper and it has right about the same wet boiling point as the other two.

So each track session you can flush the fluid and not spend tons of money.

amsoil is what, $10/bottle (you need 2 or 3) and it's dry boiling point is superior. Given how heavy the dang evo is you need all the help you can get. Motul is great, but hard to find locally which is why I switched to Amsoil.

Ask KevinD and tnt1106 about their opinion of ate after using the snake oil stuff.
