So about a week ago I noticed my evo making a strange noise/vibration. When I am backing out of a parking space and have my steering wheel close to full lock it feels as if the tires are rubbing, but the weird thing is is that I had someone watch and the tires are not rubbing against anything. So my question is, could it be my CV axles or something else. It is only at very low speeds and I am getting a little worried about it.

Possibly rubbing on the inside fender liner (which would be difficult to see)?

 

Yea I'm gonna do some more investigating, its just weird because for the first 3 weeks of having my new wheels on they never rubbed, but then one day this started happening.
