Hey guys, i really need help on choosing wheels. I have a black Mr and i am thinking black wheels?? What do you guys think? I would love Volks... Please any opionions would help.. thanks

hhmmm..well from volk maybe some re30's in bronze? I've always liked those wheels

 

I LOVE the RE30's. I would have to say the RE30's in bronze for a black X.

 

Flat black CEs.

 

Everyone seems to do black. I'm not a fan of it on wheels myself, it sort of looks like there are no wheels there... I would say gold, but they both have been done to death... what about just a nice polished or chrome?

 

Those are my favorite two wheels also. Unfortunately also very expensive.

i like these two wheels, i like the way the tenzos curve towards the inside of the wheel but love the lip of the volks. i have swift springs also so what size as well? 18 or 19?????

phil, didnt know you had swifts installed already. how are they?

did you go to FNL? arireyes was driving a red X and she was lowered on eibachs. she had what appeared to be 19's re 30 and i thought it was super sexy.

 

I was thinking Volks as well but went to a Mitsu car show and my favorite wheels were actually really inexpensive. I'm finding it hard to spend that much $ now.

 

if i had a black evo, i'd go with Volks in this order:

1. Mag blue TE37s,
2. Noble gold CE28N,
3. Formula silver(or the new hyper bronze) RE30s
4. Mercury Silver G2s
5. Gold GT-Fs, polished lip


i think black on black aka 'murdered out' look or even the Time Attack ring is too common.
