ok so vividracing has 19x9.5 5x120 for $199, while wheelsdirect has the19x9.5 5x114.3 for $395 each, how can there be that big of a difference?

Maybe 5x114.3 are more popular? Prices posted on vendor's store websites aren't very accurate. You'd have to call them or email them for an actual price.

You can call both stores to ask - but generally, 5-120 is not sold as much as the 5-114.3 are. That could definitely play a large factor in the price difference.

You can also call this shop: (authorized Rays dealer)

MVP Motorsports
301 Center Court Dr.
Bridgeport, TX 76426
940-683-8282
www.MVPmotorsports.com

And have them ask about availability in Japan... There are still a few pieces left for the 99B and you might get lucky...

I'm curious to know how this plays out.

I tried to get my hands on these rims a while ago, and all of the vendors said they were no longer making them and they didn't have any more in stock.
