As nany body install them and can give a good feed back on the following:
-Track use. time gain? wear of tire gain? body roll gain
-Street use? is it too stiff for the street.
-snow driving?Ice racing? do you have to remove them for the winter as they are too stiff?
And then how long it take to install them. I heard the front is a real pain? and you have to remove some parts

On the lightest setting they seem a little stiffer than stock.
I was on a small track testing this out barely over a mile. It is a technical course and spec miatas are running 35 seconds. I was running low 40 seconds. After the suspension tuning I ran a 37.13, I also got some tanabe GF springs and an alignment.
The rear install is fast. the front you pay someone unless you have a lift.

I have the hotchkis swau bars and they are great for the track. They are built very well and you can set them to stiff, stiffer and stiffest
On the lightest setting they seem a little stiffer than stock.
I was on a small track testing this out barely over a mile. It is a technical course and spec miatas are running 35 seconds. I was running low 40 seconds. After the suspension tuning I ran a 37.13, I also got some tanabe GF springs and an alignment.

I would go with both - so you can adjust if you get different springs or are at a different track.
For instance if you are on a high speed track you may want to stabilize the car more (understeer). This requires tightening the front & back. I have my front set to all stiff.
