Quick Troubleshoot question

I am lowered with the Eibach Pro Kit. and I had it aligned a while back but recently my alignment is off again- Im actually taking it in today-the problem im seeing is that my front passenger wheel is angled in at the top- (negative camber but only one side) is this the alignment or something worse?

You should have both sides with equal camber, it's adjustable look it up.

It's not super adjustable. See the sticky. When you reinstalled the struts I bet you forgot to make sure the top bolts were both installed the same (look for the white paint dot). Easy to do...
