All Year Suspension Help?!!???!!

Hey,

SO my Evo is a daily driver all year round....I like to drive it in the winter time and have some fun...I am currently running Eibach Prokit lowering springs but want to beef up the suspension...I used KYB AGX in all my previous projects and loved it, but they dont make any for the Evo 10...I have been told that coil overs aren't the greatest idea for winter drivers, so my question is: what are my options!

MR Bilsteins for a strut replacement.

Coilovers vary a lot. I DD'd on them a lot...really nothing bad about it if you buy QUALITY ones.

The KW v3 coils are designed with a stainless body to better survive Winter. It's the sub-$2k coils that are likely to fall apart. If you have that kind of money to spend then drop GTWorx a line and talk it over.

The Bilsteins would be a lot cheaper, of course.

Stock shocks (KYB or Bilstein) and a set of quality lowering springs (your Eibach Prokits are a great choice) are your best bet for all-season driving. I lived in Minnesota for 27 years and saw what all the snow and road salt can do to coilovers after only one winter...
